THE KING RANCH ADDITION
We made a lot of design changes while renovating the front exterior of this ranch style house.
However, the one that is most readily apparent was the relocation of the front door from the left corner of the house to the center. In order to accomplish this, we had to build a new front porch, portico, and had to demo the existing stairs.
The demolition of the existing stairs was a complete NIGHTMARE. Believe it or not those concrete steps were done in a single pour and are literally almost 4 feet thick! All i can tell you is that they are completely gone now, and we didn’t use dynamite.
