Oh the wonders of tape!
We have to assume that the area on the wall that is patched with black electrical tape on the wall was once the location of the toilet paper dispenser. Silver duct tape seams to be the preferred way to repair damaged toilet seats, as it was used on the seats in both bathrooms.

Judging closely from the glue residue left by the long since departed missing letters, I believe the lettering on the toilet seat used to read “DO NOT PEE ON ME!” I cannot make this stuff up.

One of my absolute least favorite building trends of all time is carpeted floors in the bathroom!
Whooooweee!
So, after removing the carpet and pad we replaced the subfloor and installed porcelain floor tile. This little space required A LOT of drywall repairs.

We replaced both doors and installed new baseboards and shoe mold. We also replaced the window with a low-e insulated glass unit and added white 2 inch blinds.

We installed a brown shaker vanity with granite countertop, a new mirror and vanity light. We painted the ceiling, walls, and trim and added a vent register cover.
